At ICON Amsterdam, we strive for the perfect fit; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare the Package

Place the items securely in their original packaging and include the printed return form or QR code provided by the portal.

Ship the Items

Drop off your package at the nearest authorized carrier location using the prepaid shipping label generated during the initiation process.

Receive Refund or Exchange

Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
